Another way to reach Moscow-Sheremetyevo International Airport is by the city bus system. There are three lines that will take you to the city center, the first Rechnoy Vokzal with its lines 949 and 851; the Planernaya company with its lines 817 and 948; and the Leninskiy prospect bus company with its H1 bus.
The Moscow-Sheremetyevo International Airport has two stops of the Aeroexpress train. The first one covers terminals D, E and F; while the second one covers terminals B and C. This train comes from Belorussky Station, and on its return it goes to that station.

As part of its renovation, the Moscow-Sheremetyevo International Airport has an official cab service. Cabs can be ordered at the information desks inside the airport. They accept credit cards except American Express. Cabs of the companies Transparking and Avtotrans are located outside Terminal B and F in the former, and in Terminal B in the latter, while cabs of the company Taxi-Sher are located in Terminal C.
The terminals house counters of the companies Hertz, Europcar and Sixt, where you can ask for information and hire the one that best suits you.
Currently, terminals C, D, E and F have business class areas. In these areas you can find newspapers of the day, televisions with international channels, telephone connection, photocopiers, fax, wi-fi services, bars, among some other amenities.
The Moscow-Sheremetyevo International Airport is located 30 kilometers northwest of the city center and ranks first in quality of service. This airport, opened in 1959, is the base of operations of the three major aviation alliances: Sky Team, Star Alliance and One World. With a capacity for 35 million passengers per year, the airport has 6 terminals. The expansion and remodeling work began in 2005; by 2007, the airport already had Terminal C for foreign passengers and a 4-story parking area with a capacity for 2,500 vehicles.
In 2008, a business aviation hangar was opened for its premium customers. That same year the modern Aeroexpress train station and the second take-off and landing strip (TLS-2) were built. In 2009, the remodeling of Terminal F and Terminal D was completed; one year later, Terminal E was inaugurated.
On the other hand, the airport is committed to the environment, hence it applies a policy of safety care and health protection, becoming the first airport in Russia to adopt this system.
Moscow International Airport offers some free services such as Wi-Fi service, mother and child lounge, shuttle service between terminals, luggage carts, visual information about flights, departure and arrival lounges, medical services, Air Transport Police Services.
On the other hand, in the first (before the luggage control) and third floor (after the luggage control) there are several restaurants where you can taste the most popular dishes of the country; some of the most known are Shokoladnitsa cafeteria, Kroshka Kartoshka fast food cafeteria, Cheri cafeteria and Сafé Pascucci, on the second floor; and Plakuchaya Iva restaurant, Il Pertso cafeteria, Baskin Robbins ice cream parlor, Swingtop Bar, Gorod restaurant and Skydogs fast food, on the third floor.
While on the first, second and third floors, there are a lot of stores where you can buy souvenirs and some more snacks. And if you are one of the passengers who is afraid of flying, the Moscow-Sheremetyevo International Airport, has a preparation room for losing your fear.
The facilities of Moscow International Airport do not have many access facilities or services for disabled people, however, it may be required with sufficient notice, the attention of trained airport staff to pick up passengers from the plane with wheelchairs if necessary. Some of the airlines also offer this type of service, for which you should contact your company well in advance.
